All orders over £10 qualify for free standard delivery in the UK. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail First Class.

Delivery to rest of the world

All orders over £35 qualify for free delivery.. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail.

Returns.

For unopened tea

Should any item you purchase from this site fail to meet your complete approval, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs.

For opened tea.

A disposal fee of 35% applies to tea that has been opened, tried, and returned due to customer's dislike of the product. Since the product is no longer usable for resale, the fee covers a percentage of the company's loss.

Health

Due to health regulations, we must dispose of any tea returned to us. Therefore, we strongly advise trying sample sizes of our teas before buying large quantities.
